What is mindful inspiration break?

When I earned my certification in mindfulness studies, I was bursting with enthusiasm. I confirmed my deep knowledge of the power of living life mindfully, which is why I created Mindful Inspiration Break as pop-up meditations on LinkedInLive. I was eager to shout from the rooftops that meditation does not have to be a separate THING but something that can be integrated into learning and life.  These sessions cover a wide variety of meditation styles.  My favorites are Loving Kindness, Body Scan, and The Five Senses.  At the end of each session, I ask a question to get you thinking and add more mindfulness and spaciousness into your life.

My intention for these sessions is to offer you a moment of pause that can be incorporated into your busy workday.  No matter where you are and however long you have, I encourage you to tune in.  You can sit at your desk, lie in bed, stand in a corner, or walk! No meditation experience is required.  These sessions are also an excellent way for you to get to know who I am and what I offer.  I cannot see you, nor can I know that you attended, as LinkedIn provides only high-level demographic metrics, so feel free to lurk!

How to Attend a Mindful Inspiration Break

Follow the hashtag #MindfulInspirationBreak to learn when these are happening. I typically offer at least one monthly, though I may offer more.  I also list these on my Mindful Coach Association Profile and the Events section of my website.  

All sessions are recorded and can be viewed via the #MindfulInspirationBreak hashtag on LinkedIn.
