What is Customized Meditation?

A regular meditation proactive can increase your sense of wellbeing and purposeful productivity.  My customized meditation offering is tailored to the needs and desires of your group.  Meditating in community can foster a sense of connection and bring calm and focus, while also supporting stress management. In workplace settings, I strive to offer something for the experienced meditator as well as for the beginner.  These sessions create space for participants to recharge and gain respite from meeting schedules, the pinging of instant messages, and the overflowing inboxes that most of us encounter on a daily basis. 

Outside of the workplace, you may want to bring me in to offer meditation as part of a training or workshop to enhance how the learning sinks in.  Or, it may be supportive to offer mediation as part of a networking group, professional organization meeting, or even a social gathering as it can foster a sense of connection for people.  Regardless of the group, incorporating meditation has the potential to:

  • Support stress management
  • Increase focus and concentration 
  • Promote emotional regulation
  • Improve creativity and problem solving
  • Enhance relationships 
  • Elevate physical health 
  • Support better time management 
  • Improve satisfaction 

How to Get Started

Talk to me! Let’s start by having a chat about the needs of your group.  It will be important for me to understand what you are looking for and why you would like to offer meditation.  We’ll also discuss group size, if sessions will be in-person, virtual, or both.  I’ll also seek to understand how the group currently perceives mindfulness and meditation.  Lastly, we’ll discuss your budget and the overall logistics.
