About the Balance & Boundaries Workshop

Burnout and imposter syndrome are pervasive in today’s workplaces and impact mental health and well-being, making the act of creating balance and setting boundaries essential. Oftentimes, when coming from a place of helpfulness, we can neglect our own wellbeing. This workshop explores techniques for better balance and boundaries to ensure that we put ourselves first so that we can look after everyone and everything that is important in our lives.
