Yoga Nidra is the relaxing and mystical journey deep into the inner realms of consciousness where, through a guided meditation, you experience your True Nature, something that feels one with all things, infinite and whole. 

Often referred to as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra transcends the boundaries of conventional yoga practice. In this container, you’ll be guided through a systematic and effortless relaxation technique to enter between wakefulness and sleep. While you recline in a comfortable position, I will gently lead you through a progressive relaxation journey and encourage you to release physical tension and mental chatter.

Throughout our time together, I will guide you to explore the different layers of your consciousness while moving beyond the surface level of everyday awareness. Consequently, you will gradually delve into inner peace, mindfulness, and heightened self-awareness through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization.

This practice is accessible to all levels, making it an ideal choice for beginners and experienced practitioners. Whether seeking stress relief, improved sleep, or a deeper connection with your inner self, this form of yoga offers a sanctuary for holistic well-being.

For instance, in my practice, I’ve found that Yoga Nidra supports me in going deeper and enhances my meditation practice, creativity, and joy in living. Also, I’m studying with Scott Moore and am excited to add this to my portfolio of offerings.
