Energy assessment

& debrief

(Energy Leadership Index)

If you need clarification on this whole coaching thing, then a stand-alone Energy Assessment and Debrief may be a great place to start. This research-backed attitudinal assessment differs from personality tests like MBTI and DISC (which are great, by the way). Unlike personalities, attitudes are not fixed. The assessment measures how you show up in life’s situations and gives you awareness about your level of engagement.  It lets you look honestly at your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and leadership capabilities. This assessment measures your stress reaction and gives you the tools to choose how to respond rather than react. It shows the kind of energy that is most present for you: catabolic vs. anabolic. For instance, catabolic energy is harmful and destructive, and anabolic energy is positive and constructive.  However, it is essential to note that neither is good or bad.

Choosing The Energy Assessment Debrief as a Starting Point

If you choose the energy assessment and debrief option, you’ll take the assessment. Then, we’ll set up a debrief session where you’ll be blown away by what you learn about yourself. You will walk away with a deep understanding of the core thoughts at each energy level, the core feelings or emotions associated with those thoughts, and the actions or what results from those thoughts and emotions. You’ll also learn more about how the ego impacts your appearance. The assessment will take about 20 minutes; the debrief will take 90 minutes. If, within one year, you decide to move forward with a coaching package, I will credit the debrief session’s cost towards the package you choose. Tap the get started button to set up a quick chat if it’s unclear how this works. And if you are ready to get started, that’s great too!
